Your Yearly update: Annual Return
Every year all companies need to file their annual return. This is to keep the register updated. Companies do not need to submit financial statements (except Public Companies). The required fee for lodgement of an annual return is SBD 250 ( Overseas companies is SBD 1000).
Step 1 – Locate the company to update
Find the company by entering some search criteria (for example, either the company name or the company number).
From the Search Results select the company to update.
Step 2 – Update the company’s details
Once you have located the company to maintain, you can update all of your company details as long as you are logged in and have authority over the company.
Important: updating the Company Haus register is a legal requirement, however, it is not a substitute for updating your own company records. You must also comply with the Companies Act 2009 in keeping your company records up to date, accurate and complete.
