When must I update?

If a foreign investor changes any of the following details, they must update their registration within 25 days of the change:

• business name under which they conduct their activity
• address of premises
• address for service of notices
• any other prescribed details such as email address and phone number.

Failure to update in time is an offence and may attract a penalty.

How do I update?

You simply login using your account, and if you have authority over your foreign investment, then you simply update the details using the ‘Maintain’ function.
